TBI: Eight men from Tri-Cities region answered ads for child sex, prostitutes

Eight men from the Tri-Cities region have been arrested after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said they targeted minors for sexual favors.

A joint operation between the TBI and the Johnson City Police Department involved placing several decoy advertisements on websites linked to prostitution and commercial sex cases with minors. The arrests took place over a two-day period beginning March 12.

Those arrested include:

Joseph Harless, 19, of Johnson City
