Bristol, Virginia Police Making Changes To Response To Service Calls
Bristol, Virginia City Police are making changes to calls for service due to the COVID-19 crisis. Some of those changes include Dispatchers and E-911 Operators will be asking callers for information on any travel out of the United States. Police officers will not enter private residences unless necessary to properly handle the call for service. Officers will also attempt to keep a personal distance of six feet, as well as some calls for service that may only require a police report made may be handled over the phone by an officer
