Free Child Care For Bristol Virgina Public School Employees

As communities continue to adapt to the new normal during the COVID-19 crisis, there is now free day care for Essential Personnel of Bristol Virginia Public Schools. The service is available for all hourly employees who are currently working and as an option for those who had to stay at home due to this need. If you are currently on leave due to the need to provide childcare and do not want to take advantage of the offering, individuals can apply for unemployment. The location for childcare services will be held at Van Pelt Elementary and will expand to other schools if needed.
