Guidelines Being Released On Grades For Bristol Virginia Students During COVID-19 Crisis
Students in Bristol Virginia will be assigned a final grade for this semester based on their grade at the end of the third nine weeks. School Superintendent Keith Perrigan says if a student wants to improve the grade earned on March 13, they may work with the teacher to make up any missing assignments. Grades will not be reported for the Essential Skills that are covered during the period of closure. Teachers will verify that students have successfully mastered the remaining Essential Skills. Opportunities will be provided for students who do not successfully master the remaining Essentials Skills. Students enrolled in Dual Enrollment classes have the option of earning a letter grade or a Pass or Withdrawal
