BTPD: Juvenile reportedly stabbed, investigation underway

A stabbing investigation is underway in Bristol, TN after police say they found a juvenile with a stab wound and laceration.

A press release from Bristol, TN Police says last night, they were flagged down by the juvenile at the intersection of Weaver Pike and Cedar Valley Road, who told officers he had been in a fight and received a stab wound in the back as well as a laceration to his hand. He was taken to the hospital to be treated for reportedly non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the incident occurred at a residence at Basham Hill Road, and are currently collecting evidence in addition to interviewing people that may have been present at the incident.
