Johnson City’s Blue Plum Summer Festival Canceled

Johnson City’s Blue Plum Festival’s board is discussing options for a smaller event, after word comes that officials are canceling the June 5th-6th event due to uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 crisis. Organizers say they are brainstorming to see what they can do to help the community. The festival began in 1999 with a goal of bringing awareness to Downtown Johnson City through music and arts and more.
