ETSU initiative “Bucs Help Bucs” underway to provide relief to students during the COVID-19 pandemic
East Tennessee State University is launching a new initiative to help students facing difficulties related to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Bucs Help Bucs hopes to provide relief to affected individuals with things financial assistance, donating food to Bucky’s Food Pantry, and helping with ETSU counseling services.
“Since the onset of this health crisis, many members of our Buccaneer family have already reached out to ask how they could help during this time of uncertainty and hardship for our students,” said Pam Ritter, vice president for University Advancement. “The Bucs Help Bucs initiative is focused on providing financial support in the areas of highest need that will make the greatest impact.”
