2020 edition of Fun Fest canceled due to COVID-19

The 40th anniversary of one of the region’s most popular festivals will not happen this year.

Officials with FunFest announced Thursday afternoon that this year’s festival has been canceled due to health concerns associated with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

This year’s event was scheduled for July 10th-18th.
