UPDATE: Bristol Tennessee school officials set schedule for students to pick up essential items

Bristol Tennessee Public Schools has announced plans that will allow students to return to school to collect essential items this month.

Director of Schools Annette Tudor says Tennessee High School students will be permitted in the week of May 11 while Vance Middle and elementary school students can go to their respective classrooms the week of May 18.

Tudor also says to promote educational opportunities students will be allowed to keep their laptop computers at home this summer and distribution of the units will not take place in July.
