Northam Announces Guidelines For Friday’s Re-Opening In Virginia
Non essential retail in Virginia can open at 50 percent capacity, restaurants can open outdoor seating at 50 percent capacity and churches can open at 50 percent capacity or with a drive in service. Those are just a few of the guidelines, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam released Wednesday in accordance with his Forward Virginia Plan that will gradually reopen Virginia’s economy beginning Friday. Those guidelines do not effect parts of Northern Virginia which is scheduled to reopen beginning May 29. Other guidelines include hair salons opening by appointment only with strict distancing guidelines as well as masks and campgrounds can open with distancing with state parks opening for the public for day use only.
