Upper East TN Human Development Agency to receive $5,000 grant to help with families during the COVID-19 pandemic
A $5,000 disaster relief grant is heading to the Upper East TN Human Development Agency.
The Neighbor to Neighbor disaster relief fund provides grants to non-profits through the East TN Foundation and is currently activated as part of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The local agency will use funds from the grant to purchase personal care items like cleaning, laundry, and personal hygiene kits.
The supplies will be made available to pick up for families served by one of the agency’s nine neighborhood service centers across the Northeast TN region.
