Northam Moves Most Of Virginia Into Phase Two Of Reopening

Beginning this Friday, most of Virginia will see a lifting of restrictions as the Commonwealth moves into Phase Two of reopening the state. Restrictions on restaurants, outdoor entertainment, recreation and others means the state is making progress. But Northam warned the Commonwealth has made gains but isn’t out of the words yet. Richmond and several other Northern Virginia localities who moved into phase one last week will remain in phase one as more data needs to be generated through increase testing and other measures.
