UPDATE: More Johnson City public service centers reopening Monday

The City of Johnson City will conduct its second phase of openings beginning Monday with more public service centers reopening.

The report issued Friday afternoon said all visitors will be required to wear face coverings and the locations will have temperature screenings.

The offices reopening include City Hall, the Winged Deer Park administrative and athletic offices, the Langston Center, and the Carver Recreation Center although basketball will not be allowed at Carver.

More city service will be added once public health metrics based on COVID-19 cases improve, the city said in the report.
