Marsh Regional Looking To Replenish Local Blood Supplies
The COVID-19 Pandemic has affected almost every aspect of our lives. And as the region continues to cautiously reopen the economy, physical distancing guidelines and the closure of schools and other local organizations have significantly impacted the regions blood supplies. To replenish those supplies affected by the pandemic, Marsh Regional Blood Center is resuming its community wide blood drives. Beginning Thursday, the center is holding a four day blood drive event in honor of World Blood Donor day scheduled for June 11-14. Dates, times and locations for each blood drive can be found below.
Thursday: June 11, 10:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport collection centers
Friday: June 12, 8:30 a.m. – four p,m. Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport collection centers
Saturday: June 13 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Kingsport Collection Center
Sunday: June 14 Noon to 4 p.m. Kingsport Collection Center
