Saltville man wins nearly $200,000 off VA Lottery scratch ticket
A Saltville, VA man has won $170,000 off of a James Bond 007 ticket.
A news release from the Virginia Lottery says he told the lottery he thought he had only won $5 or $10, but Corey Norris was in for a surprise as he scored the top prize. Norris bought the ticket from Food Country off of Palmer Avenue in Saltville, and as a full time student, he says he plans to invest his winnings and also help family members.
The odds of winning the top prize off the James Bond 007 scratch game is 1 in 1,224,000 while the odds of winning any prize is 1 in 4.25.
