Wearing A Face Mask In Boone Begins Saturday…For All Public, Indoor Places

If your planning on taking a weekend trip or even a day trip over the mountain to Boone North Carolina, you’ll need to bring a face covering along with you. Beginning Saturday, June 20th wearing a mask or face covering will be required for all individuals in public indoor spaces within Boone town limits.A statement on the Town of Boone’s Facebook page says law enforcement will immediately seek compliance with the new order, but will not start issuing fines for another three weeks, giving residents time to adjust to the change.
