A Johnson City man is facing charges after police say he broke into a home, threatened to assault victims inside, and ran from officers.
Johnson City police were called to a burglary in progress late Tuesday night, where a victim said suspect Reginald Garner, 38, was trying to make entry into the home. Garner was located outside of the residence and reportedly ran from officers before being captured in an adjacent yard.
