Kingsport Moves Forward With City Hall Relocation Project

A chain reaction of renovations and upgrades that will ultimately lead to the relocation of Kingsport City Hall continue to move forward in the Model City. A three point three million dollar city hall relocation project is now in phase one. Renovations to the third thru sixth floors of the former Region bank building at Church Circle is underway. While that work continues, renovations and expansion of the Justice Center will also be taking place. Construction on phase one of the city hall relocation project is expected to be complete in July.
