Fifth Southwest Virginia Resident Hits Lottery For More Than One Hundred Thousand Dollars In Past Month
It may sound a bit like we are repeating ourselves, but we really aren’t. For the fifth time in a month, another southwest Virginia resident has hit it big in the Virginia Lottery. Kenneth Reeves of Wytheville matched the first five numbers in the May 26 drawing to win one thousand dollars per week for the rest of his life. Reeves bought the ticket at Fourth Street Market and randomly selected the numbers he picked. Reeves joins a Lee County woman to become the fifth person in Southwest Virginia in the last month to win more than 100 thousand dollars on the Virginia lottery.
