Driver In Southwest Virginia Dead After Crashing Truck Into Parked Vehicle

One person is dead following a single vehicle crash in Southwest Virginia. Virginia State Police say the driver of a Chevrolet pickup truck ran off the right side of the road at Copper Ridge Road and Route 58 in Castlewood Virginia and struck a parked Ford F150 pickup truck that was unoccupied. The name of the driver killed is not being released at this time and the crash remains under investigation by Virginia State Police.
