Funeral services held for three killed in Russell County crash

Funeral services were held over the weekend for the victims of a fiery crash that occurred in Russell County, Virginia.

Lebanon Chief of Police Eric Deskins confirmed that Steve Blankenbeckler, 57, of Wise was one of three people killed in the head-on collision on Route 71 near the Burton Drive intersection last week.

We also learned that Jaden Cade Webb, 15, and, Bobby Eugene Morgan, 52, both of Honaker, were the other two people who perished in the wreck.

Two others including another juvenile were injured. Deskins said that the crash remains under investigation.
