New Law Regulates Tethering Of Dogs In Virginia

It’s now illegal to keep a dog tethered outside anywhere in Virginia if the temperature is over 84 degrees or under 33 degrees, during storms and other severe weather of if the tether is shorter than 15 feet in length.
