78 Year Old Motorcyclist Killed After Losing Control Of Bike On Route 19

A 78 year old Russell County Virginia man is dead after losing control of his motorcycle over the weekend. 78 year old Marshall H. Keen of Oakwood Virginia was operating his 2011 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited when he lost control in a curve. The motorcycle ran off the left side of Highway 19 as Keen traveled North and was thrown from the bike. Keen was pronounced dead at the scene. Virginia State Police say speed was a factor in the crash.
