Police: Body of Coeburn man found off Boone Trail in Duffield
The Scott County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man whose remains were found off of a roadway near Duffield over the weekend.
An autopsy conducted at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Roanoke determined the man was Robin Dean Freeman, 60, of Coeburn. The exam also concluded that Freeman’s death was not suspicious.
The body was discovered in high weeds just off of Boone Trail Road on Saturday, according to the report.
