Washington County Virginia Closing Some Offices To The Public
Due to the more than 30 percent increase in COVID-19 cases recorded in Washington County since July 1 County officials are closing the offices of County Administration, Economic Development, Budget and Finance, County Attorney, Zoning, Building and Development Services, Recreation and the Voter Registrar. Beginning Monday, the second floor of the Washington County Government Center Building will be closed to the public until further notice. County staff will continue to work in the office and telework when possible. Board of Supervisor meetings will continue to be open to the public while utilizing maximum social distancing requirements.
