Suspect charged with aggravated robbery in Gray convenience store hold-up

A Gray, Tennessee man is accused of convenience store hold-up on Monday.

Ralph Shivery, 33, is charged with aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, and theft, following the incident at Road Runner Market in the 6300 block of Kingsport Highway.

The report from Sheriff Ed Graybeal said Shivery pointed the gun at the clerks and demanded cash and lottery tickets. He was later taken into custody by Johnson City officers and is being held on a $40,000 bond.
