Sullivan County Extends Mask Requirement Through September 12th

Sullivan County Mayor Richard Venable has extended an executive order requiring all residents to wear a mask while in inside pubic places until September 12th. The order goes into effect on Wednesday at 12:01 am. The move continues the previous order that requires all businesses, organizations, or venue open to usage by member of the public in Sullivan County and will require the use of face coverings or masks by employees and members of the public. Places of worship are exempt from the order and the order does not require businesses to supply face coverings to the public if they don’t have one.
