BrightRidge Closing Customer Service Lobby For Improvement Repairs

If you’re planning on visiting BrightRidge Utilities’ public lobby on business, you will need to make alternate plans for the next four weeks. The lobby is being temporarily closed to customers to allow for completion of a facade project designed to improve building access and safety. Customers needing assistance can still access BrightRidge by phone, website chat, social media and smarthub mobile access.
