Survey launched for input on plans for 15th anniversary Turkey Trot 5K race

Organizers with the Johnson City Turkey Trot 5K are asking for input on this year’s 15th anniversary celebration.

Uncertainty surrounds whether the traditional Thanksgiving race will go as normal this year with most large gatherings events axed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the survey, participants are being asked questions such as how likely they are to participate in the event if CDC and local guidelines allow unlimited entries, as well as interest in participation of an alternative Turkey Trot that could be held in a virtual setting.
