Suspect In Multiple Johnson City Auto Thefts, Arrested On Resisting Arrest Charges
A man wanted as a suspect in a string of stolen vehicles in Johnson City has been arrested and charged with resisting arrest, evading arrest and theft. Johnson City Police arrested 44 year old Terry Brewster after officers began an investigation into multiple stolen vehicles. During the investigation, Brewster was developed as a suspect and later located. While police were taking Brewster into custody, he began actively resisting arrest and attempted to flee from officers. Brewster was eventually arrested and was being held in the Washington County, Tennessee Detention Center while awaiting an arraignment.
