Virginia Tech brass issues warning of following health guidelines at parties
A top Virginia Tech official is promising swift and serious action to students not following COVID guidelines when it comes to parties in campus housing.
A statement issued by Tech vice president for student affairs Frank Shushok said definitive boundaries have to be set in this time of a public health crisis while announcing the party code of 15 guests or less.
Those found in violation will be placed on suspension and removed from dormitories. Recent stats show a total of 21 students and faculty have tested positive for the virus.
