Elizabethton City Schools announces continued hybrid schedule through Sept. 4

Elizabethton City Schools will remain operating in a hybrid format through Sept. 4.

Director of Schools Richard VanHuss provided that update Tuesday, saying it will give a chance to complete the parent and staff surveys and compile the information, which is due Aug. 27th.

The school district has also unveiled a COVID-19 dashboard to allow transparency to families about positive cases within the system. As of Tuesday, the district has two confirmed cases, including one at Eastside Elementary and one at Elizabethton High School.
