US Marshals track Knoxville murder suspect to Morristown
US Marshals have tracked down a murder suspect in Morristown.
A report from the Knox County Sheriff’s Office said Eric Dustin Dwayne Fairchild was apprehended and then transported back to Knoxville where he is being held on a $750,000 bond.
Fairchild and three others are accused of killing two brothers, Joshua and Christian Haley, in December inside a Knoxville apartment complex when police said the suspects were there to rob the duo of drugs and money.
Fairchild is scheduled to be arraigned in Sessions Court on Sept. 16.
