Bristol Tennessee Man Jailed In Connection To Theft Of Two Motorcycles

Bristol Tennessee Police arrest a Bristol man while he was in the act of stealing a motorcycle and following an investigation additional charges of theft have been added. Around one am Tuesday morning police arrived at Spruce Street as 19 year old Stephen Luttrell was pushing a motorcycle down the street toward Florida Avenue. Luttrell, dropped the motor bike and fled the scene. Following a brief search, police discovered Luttrell hiding in a church playground. A short time later, a resident on Valley Drive reported the theft of a dirt bike from the residence. Video evidence also linked Luttrell with that theft as well. Luttrell is being held at the Sullivan County jail.
