COVID-19 Takes It’s Toll On Bristol’s Thunder Valley Nationals

The COVID-19 pandemic has taken its toll on yet another, major, local event. This time it’s Bristol Dragway officials announcing the cancellation of the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. The event, originally scheduled for Father’s Day weekend back in June, was reset for mid October. Now in light of the on going pandemic and at track protocols, BMS and NHRA officials have decided to remove the event from the 2020 schedule. The NHRA, now turns it’s attention to next year’s 20th anniversary experience at the Thunder Valley Nationals in 2021. Ticketholders are eligible for a 120 percent credit for the 2021 NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals or you can request a full refund.
