JCPD: Man arrested for allegedly fondling minor under the age of 13

A Johnson City man is charged with aggravated sexual battery on accusations he fondled a minor under the age of 13.

Johnson City Police were called to a home Tuesday evening on Nathaniel Drive on a report of a minor being touched inappropriately. An investigation determined Anthony Williams, 41, had allegedly fondled the juvenile

He was arrested and taken to jail where he is being held on a $40,000 bond, and he is scheduled to appear in court in Washington County, TN today at 1:30 p.m.
