Two men charged in murder of missing Myrtle Beach, SC man with Northeast TN ties

Two people have been arrested in connection to the murder of a missing Myrtle Beach, SC man with ties to Northeast TN.

The Horry County Sheriff’s Office have charged Tyler Panzarella, 23, and Nicholas Henry, 19, in the murder of Kristofer Skye Bowling, 25. Bowling’s mother, who resides in Elizabethton, TN, reported Kristofer missing on Aug. 2, as Bowling had last been seen July 27th.

On Monday, police discovered remains believed to be that of Bowling in an unincorporated area of Horry County. Officials identified Panzerella and Henry as the suspects, and both were arrested, including Henry being captured in Sullivan County through the assistance of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Jail officials in Sullivan County confirmed Henry was in their custody as of Friday morning. The case remains under investigation.
