Bubar To Lead U.S. Attorney’s Office For The Western District Of Virginia

In a follow up to a story we told you about last week, First Assistant U.S. Attorney, Daniel P. Bubar is replacing United States Attorney for the Western District, Thomas T. Cullin who was recently confirmed as a District Court Judge. Bubar is a career federal prosecutor and will now serve as the chief federal law enforcement officer in the Western District of Virginia, which has a field office in Abingdon and prosecutes all federal criminal violations as well as civil cases involving bankruptcy and other civil offenses.
