Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Suspicious Death

Buchanan County Virginia authorities are investigating the suspicious death of a body found in his car Wednesday. The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office discovered the body of 24 year old Kevin Allen Citarelli of Hurley, Virginia in his vehicle on Marigold Road off of Davis Ridge Road in the Bradshaw Mountain area of the county. Citarelli’s body was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Citarelli was reported missing by his family and had not been seen since last Friday. The body has been sent to the Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy. The case is being investigated as a suspicious death. Buchanan County is being assisted in the case by the Virginia State Police.
