One of four suspects charged in 2017 shooting death of pregnant Johnson City woman has charges dismissed
One of four suspects charged in the 2017 shooting death of a pregnant woman in Johnson City has had his charges dismissed.
First-degree murder and first-degree murder in perpetuation of a crime charges against Avios Griffin were dismissed according to court records. Meanwhile, the three remaining suspects, including Isiah Milligan, Monte Brewer, and Eugene Glover have had their cases continued to 2021, including April trial dates for Milligan and Glover.
The three are accused of shooting and killing Rebekah Thompson, who also went by Stacy Mcgee, while she was sitting in her vehicle while her infant daughter was in the backseat.
