A Ballad Health Care official says it’s time that people change behavior in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Jamie Swift, Ballad’s chief infection prevention officer says in a Ballad Health Facebook post, she is more concerned than she ever has been for our region as cases continue to soar. New cases range from school-age children to senior adults. Sullivan County’s seven-day testing positivity percentage is a region high at eighteen point seven percent, which also ranks among the highest statewide.
