Data: More than two million people have already voted in 2020 election in Va
Over two million people have already voted in the 2020 election in Virginia.
That’s according to data published by the Virginia Public Access Project, who as of Tuesday, reported over 1.3 million of those votes have occurred in-person, while around 821,000 absentee ballots have been received.
Locally, 33,547 people have voted in-person and 12,283 absentee ballots have been received across 11 Southwest Virginia counties and cities, as Washington County had the most with 8,793 in-person votes, and 3,028 mail in ballots received.
