UPDATE: Norton man sent to prison for 6 years for domestic attack

A Norton man that prosecutors said bullied and intimidated his girlfriend to lie about a vicious domestic attack that cracked her skull was sent to prison for six years.

Keith Minor, 56, was sentenced in Circuit Court after pleading guilty in April to felony malicious wounding. Investigators said Minor struck the victim in the head with a lamp causing the serious injury in January 2019. The woman originally told police that she was injured when she fell down the stairs.

Prosecutors also said that Minor had injured the victim on two other occasions prior to the 2019 assault.
