ETSU Health opens COVID-19 testing collection site, will deliver results to patients within 24 hours

ETSU Health has opened a COVID-19 test collection site designed to return results faster to patients.

The university has implemented this plan in hopes of filling a testing void the region, especially as cases of the virus are expected to grow in the fall and winter months. ETSU Health will process COVID-19 tests at their in-house clinical labs, which has the capability to process 200 PCR tests per day and return results within 24 hours.

Testing is available for adults and children Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m to 4 p.m and on Fridays from 8 a.m till noon.
