Annual ‘Day of Caring’ set for this weekend at Warriors Path’s boundless playground

One of the most visited areas of Warriors Path State Park in Kingsport will get a thorough cleaning this weekend.

The annual Fall Day of Caring is set for Saturday beginning at 8 a.m. This is when volunteers from area businesses, faith-based groups, and non-profit organizations spruce-up all areas in the Darrell’s Dream Boundless Playground campus—a destination where children of all abilities are able to play and explore.

The area will be closed until late afternoon while the workers social distance and conduct their chores. A rainout date is set for Nov. 14.
