JCPD: One person shot early Sunday outside of downtown bar

Johnson City Police are asking for the public’s help following a shooting that occurred outside of a downtown bar early Sunday.

Officers were called to the area in front of Wonderland Bar just after 1 a.m. and stopped a vehicle from leaving the scene that had an individual inside the car with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment and is in stable condition.
