VSP: One dead, another seriously injured following a crash Tuesday in Tazewell County

One person is dead and another hospitalized with life threatening injuries following a two car accident Tuesday in Tazewell County, Va.

Virginia State Police say the crash happened just before 1 p.m, in the intersection of Route 19 and Route 460 close to the intersection of Route 637. One person was confirmed dead and another is being treated for serious injuries.

No other information was made available and the crash remains under investigation.
