USGS: 2.7 earthquake recorded early Monday in Richlands, Va
There was a slight rattle in Richlands, Va following an early morning earthquake on Monday.
The US Geological Survey measured a 2.7 magnitude quake that happened just after 2:30 a.m around 10 kilometers north north west of Richlands between the Buchanan and Tazewell County lines. USGS says the quake had a depth of 18.3 km.
