Southwest Virginia Inmate Indicted For Premeditated Murder Of Cellmate

An inmate at Lee County Virginia’s United States Penitentiary is indicted by a federal grand jury in Abingdon with the premeditated murder of his cellmate in 2018. 45 year old Samuel Silva is charged with one count of willfully, deliberately, maliciously, and with premeditation killing of his cellmate, Abraham Aldana, by stabbing him to death in September of 2018.
