Three Kingsport Residents Arrested On Drugs, Weapons, Charges…After Traffic Stop

A traffic stop in Kingsport, by Sullivan County Deputies on a female subject of an ongoing meth investigation results in the arrest of three individuals. 50 year old Ronda Light of Gibbs Road in Kingsport was stopped for a swapped license plate. 37 year old Bobby Grayson was arrested on an active warrant, and 25 year old Justin McDavid was arrested on drug and weapons charges. Following a search warrant where Light had been staying, deputies found about 14 ounces of meth with a street value of more than 20 thousand dollars. Investigators also discovered seven grams of what is believed to be heroin, pills, marijuana and three thousand dollars in cash. Grayson and McDavid remain jailed on bond, while Light was released on a 102 thousand dollar bond.
